1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original labels may not be accepted.

Certain clearance, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are non-returnable.
2. How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for returning your package.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at

7. Clearance and Promotional Items
As an outlet store, many of our products are offered at discounted prices.
While we gladly accept returns for most outlet items, final clearance or heavily discounted items (marked as “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return or refund.
